Spring is on its way!

No, I didn't choose that title just as a study in contrasting ideas, although maybe that is a bonus. Although, who needs bonus when, yesterday, the first full day of winter, I saw the ice melting off the Norwattuck Rail Trail? I don't!

Sure, not long after that, it was snowing this morning, but even riding to and from my PT appointment (I keep asking questions and keep learning new stabilization strengthening exercises that weren't on the original menu. I'm optimistic that's a good thing, and the therapists don't seem to begrudge my input!), it was perfectly pleasant. Who knows, pretty soon we could be looking forward to fall and a break from the heat! Ain't seasons grand?
